Meag & Adam {Orlando, Central Florida Wedding Photographer}

Sooooo excited about these photographs!   It was a 15 hour marathon of photography (though the actual ceremony was only 7 minutes) and I enjoyed every minute of it even though I couldn’t feel my ‘trigger finger’ for the whole next day

 Meag and Adam’s wedding was a lovely and intimate celebration that was brimming with sentiment and tenderness.  It’s the first time I’ve ever been part of a wedding that brought so much honor to family members that were not able to be there in person.   Meag lost her father when she was very young but he must have been an amazing man because a large part of her wedding day was designed with him in mind.  And since her family loves Disney so much, and made a trip to the parks a yearly event, she wanted to incorporate a lot of Disney magic into her wedding in memory of her father and his love for Disney World.  She’s been coming to Disney since she’s been three, yearly, and grew up dreaming of working there someday (which she now does.)  In fact, since Adam and Meag both work at the world showcase at Epcot, he was even able to propose to her in front of a fountain that is very dear to Meag since she has a picture of herself being held by her father in front of it from years earlier.

The day started with a bridal brunch at the Grand Floridian where Meag still remembers going as a toddler with her father and mother.  And ended with a party at the Hoop-De-Doo, a Disney musical revue and dinner show that was a favorite of Meag’s father.  And in between, the day was filled with other little details that were special to the couple, from the fact that the wedding day was planned to coincide with Meag’s mom’s birthday, to the brooch Meag wore on her sash, to the gift’s they gave each other (Adam got Meag a commemorative Disney Dreams Collection necklace that made her all teary-eyed) and their wedding party.  If anyone of their guests wants to share on the significance of other personal touches at the wedding and the reasons behind them, please feel free to do so in the comments below.

It was an honor to be there, Tijerina Newlyweds.  Thanks for trusting me to be your photographer, xo

And there’s a ton of images coming up so please be patient while they load, it may take awhile!
